2. Using Our Website (Without Being a Jerk)

You’re welcome to browse, shop, and explore. Just don’t do any of this:

  • Use our site to scam, spam, or break stuff

  • Copy our stuff (logos, text, images — we made it, don’t steal it)

  • Inject viruses or run scripts — seriously, don’t

  • Try to sneak into parts of the site you shouldn’t

Basically: act like a decent human and all’s good.

3. Product Info (We Try Our Best)

We do everything we can to make sure product photos, descriptions, and prices are spot-on. But, hey — we’re not robots. Sometimes typos slip through, or a color looks a little different on your screen vs. real life.

And yep, we update things all the time. Products come and go. Prices change. Life moves.

4. Ordering & Payments

Clicking “place order” means, “I want this. I’ll pay for it.”

We’ll email you once your order is confirmed and again when it ships. If something’s wrong with your payment, your order won’t go through. No charge, no fuss.

We accept major cards and PayPal. That’s it for now — no crypto, no checks, no cash-in-envelope surprises.

Want to cancel? You’ve got 24 hours. After that, things might already be in print (yes, it happens).

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Most orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days from our Minnesota studio.

We ship via USPS or UPS — all with tracking, always. Once your package leaves us, it’s in their hands. If your address is wrong, delays or loss can happen (we’ve seen it). Double-check before you hit “order.”

6. Returns, Refunds, Fixing Stuff

We’re not in the business of making you unhappy. If we mess up — wrong item, damaged print, wrong size — we’ll fix it. Fast.

You’ve got 45 days to tell us. No restocking fees. Just don’t send back something you wore and washed and expect a refund. It doesn’t work like that.

7. Ownership of Stuff

Everything you see — product images, designs, words, layout — is ours (unless noted otherwise). Please don’t reuse or repackage without permission. Ask first, always better.

8. Risk & Responsibility

The moment your order ships, it’s officially yours. We’re not responsible for what happens after that. Lost in transit? Damaged by the carrier? We’ll do our best to help — but we can’t promise replacements unless it’s our fault.

9. Disputes & How We Handle Them

If something serious comes up, email us first. Really — we answer. We’d much rather solve things directly than go all legal. But if it must happen, claims will be handled in a Minnesota court.

10. Things Might Change

We update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always live here. If you keep using the site after we change something, that counts as you saying “cool, noted.”
