Let’s not pretend people read these things for fun.
But we also won’t pretend your privacy doesn’t matter. Because it does.
So here’s our policy — not as some robotic legal script, but as a real explanation from one human to another.
1. What We Collect (And Why)
You give us info when you place an order, write to us, or just browse around. Some of it you hand over directly — like your name or email. Some of it gets picked up automatically — like what browser you’re using or which hoodie you clicked on three times but never bought (we see you).
Info You Type In:
-
Your full name, shipping address, email, phone.
-
What you ordered, when you ordered, what size.
-
Any messages you send us — especially if something goes wrong or you just want to say hi.
-
Don’t worry: we never store your credit card info. That’s handled securely by Stripe or PayPal.
Info Collected Behind-the-Scenes:
-
IP address, browser type, device.
-
What pages you visit, how long you stay, what you ignore.
-
All of this helps us figure out what works, and what’s just…meh.
2. How We Use It
We use your info to do our job — no more, no less.
-
Ship your order — can’t do that without an address.
-
Respond when you email us something like “uh, where’s my sweatshirt?”
-
Improve how the site runs.
-
Let you know if your favorite design’s back in stock (only if you said “yes” to emails).
-
Spot fraud before it happens. It’s rare, but yeah — we’ve seen it before.
3. Who Gets to See Your Info?
Short answer: very few people.
Slightly longer answer:
-
Stripe and PayPal (because someone has to process your payment).
-
USPS, UPS, or FedEx — the folks delivering your gear.
-
Google or Meta — for the occasional ad.
-
And yeah, if there’s a legal thing, we cooperate (but only when we have to).
We never sell your info, and we hate spam too.
4. Cookies (No, Not the Snack Kind)
They help the website remember you. That’s it.
-
Keep items in your cart.
-
Stay logged in.
-
Track which products got your attention (and which didn’t).
-
Show you ads for a hoodie you almost bought at 2am.
You can turn cookies off in your browser settings. Just know: the site might act a little funky without them.
5. Ads That Follow You (Sorry?)
We use Google Ads and Meta for retargeting — meaning if you almost bought a shirt but bailed, you might see it again while doomscrolling.
Want to opt out? Do it here.
6. Uploaded Designs (Custom Orders)
When you send us a design to print:
-
Make sure it’s yours or you’ve got the right to use it.
-
We print it as-is, no edits, no filters. What you send is what you get.
-
We don’t reuse it. Ever. It’s yours — end of story.
7. Everything Else on the Site? That’s Ours.
All the photos, layout, text, graphics — they’re owned by Hyeinbull or someone who said “sure, you can use this.”
Don’t screenshot and resell.
Wanna collaborate or use something? Just ask us.
8. Security — Real Talk
We use SSL. Our backend is locked down. No one gets access unless they’re supposed to.
But hey — it’s the internet. No system is 100% bulletproof.
If someone promises you absolute security online, they’re lying (just saying).
We do our best, always.
9. How Long We Keep Stuff
-
Your orders and messages: up to 5 years (for support, tax, or legal reasons).
-
Cookies: 30–180 days depending on the type.
-
Emails: Until they’re no longer useful (or you tell us to delete them).
10. Your Rights — You’ve Got ‘Em
You can:
-
Ask what we’ve got on you.
-
Tell us to fix it.
-
Ask us to delete it (unless we legally need to keep it).
-
Unsubscribe from emails — there’s always a link at the bottom.
